We are elated to announce the completion of our latest project with the 𝐍𝐆𝐎 𝐎𝐈𝐖𝐀. The project presented an exciting challenge: to re-imagine and restack a 5,000-square-foot office and function space into an area that sparks collaboration, learning, and flexibility.
Our team ensured each component of the space was perfectly aligned with OIWA’s mission and activities. Meticulously worked to expand the reception, working, and storage areas. Transformed a multipurpose room into a versatile haven; with movable partitions, it can serve as a classroom, a dance room, or a TRX room depending on the need of the hour. This same space, when opened up and combined with a state-of-the-art large LED touchscreen, turns into an ideal venue for large-scale events.
One of the standout features of this project is the kitchen area. Designed with adaptability in mind, it can be a hub for cooking workshops, inviting individuals to come together and engage in culinary arts. When not in use for large gatherings, it can be enclosed to serve as a kitchenette, perfect for day-to-day use.
Throughout the space, we employed a palette of pastel colours to create a sense of calm and harmony. This choice was intentional, aiming to make the space not just functional but also psychologically inviting, enhancing focus and reducing stress.
At Macros, we believe in a collaborative approach to every project. From design to construction, we worked closely with the OIWA team to ensure that every inch of the space was tailored to their needs and would stand the test of time both in durability and style. We are proud to have created a space that will serve as a foundation for growth, learning, and creativity for those who interact with it.
If your organization is looking to create a space that embodies your mission and values, we at Macros Construction are ready to turn that vision into a reality. Connect with us and let’s build your future together.
